O sdružení mamapapa
mamapapa is not for profit independent artist run initiative for theatre artists and performers aiming to influence the climate and open possibilities for meetings, co-operation and further development of professional artistic projects of innnovative young artists and to connect information centres and initiatives through (database) networking.
mamapapa´s most interesting realized projects were: a preparatory project of the
capucine cloister as resident space for performing arts artists in Mnichovo Hradiste (1997), in 1998 an artistic collaboration between Dutch site specific theater lecturers (Griftheater) and Czech and Eastern European artists in 100 years old former sewage water treatment plant in Prague.
At the moment mamapapa realizes the LightLab project, a mobile laboratory space. Open interdisciplinary platform for meetings, seminars, workshops and symposia, for people seeking mobility in theory and practice.
